Engineering first
Every specification starts from the product — its weight, fragility, dimensions, stacking load and supply-chain conditions — not from a standard price list.
Prime Pack was built around a simple belief: good packaging is not merely a container. It is an engineered solution that must protect the product, perform through its supply chain and do so efficiently.
Every specification starts from the product — its weight, fragility, dimensions, stacking load and supply-chain conditions — not from a standard price list.
Customers bring us a product, not a box spec. We work with procurement, packaging and plant teams to develop the right structure, board, flute, ply and print together.
An in-house quality control wing tests board and box performance — compression, bursting, Cobb, GSM, ring crush and edge crush — before dispatch.
Existing packaging can almost always be improved. We review structure, material and performance to find optimisation opportunities across your packaging range.
Our corrugation plant in Acharpura Industrial Area combines an automatic 5-ply, 1600 mm corrugation line with printer slotters, folder gluers, stitching and punching — supported by digitally controlled panels, skilled operators and in-house engineering.
